We are now welcoming a limited number of guests to our Vinoseum — our winery and dining space in Western Georgia.
Each evening is centered around a seasonal, wine-led dining experience in an intimate setting.
Our Story
Vazis Xidi began as a return to our family’s roots in winemaking — a way of reconnecting with land, tradition, and craft.
Over time, it has grown into something more: a contemporary winery and a place where we welcome guests to share in what we create.

From structured reds to fresh and amber styles, our wines reflect the diversity of the region and a clear, precise approach.
Our Approach to Winemaking
Our wines are shaped by traditional methods — hand-harvested grapes, natural fermentation, and aging in qvevri.
We work with time and restraint, focusing on precision and balance to allow each wine to express its origin clearly.
