Dining at the Vinoseum
We welcome a limited number of guests to our Vinoseum, our winery and dining space in Western Georgia.
Each visit is centered around a seasonal, wine-led dining experience, paired with a fixed multi-course menu.
The Experience
Each evening is designed as a complete and unhurried experience.
Guests are hosted in an intimate setting with only a few tables per night, allowing for a calm and personal atmosphere.
The experience includes a visit to our wine cellar and is shaped by what is available locally and in season.

Wines introduced throughout the evening
Intimate setting with a limited number of guests per evening
A private visit to the qvevri wine cellar
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice
We confirm availability personally.
Future Plans: Staying at the Vazis Xidi Vinoseum Suites
We are currently developing the next chapter of the Vinoseum: a small number of suites integrated into the building, allowing guests to stay directly above the wine cellar.
The first suites are expected to open in late 2026.
